Ludovic Cousin succeeds Pierre Flye Sainte-Marie as head of MAS Seeds®
On July 1st, Ludovic, Ludovic Cousin took over Pierre Flye Sainte-Marie as General Manager of MAS Seeds®.
This succession, prepared and committed for over six months, has continuity and stability in mind. As a member of the EXCOM, Ludovic has continuously contributed to this development and plans today, to speed it up all the while, bringing support to the collaborators, the main players of on field deployment.
Boasting over 20 years of successful experience in seed and international markets, Ludovic Cousin will oversee General Management, the newest step in his constant strive for progress of the last few years. This seed expert’s goal is to strengthen well established locations, explore new growth possibilities and continue to develop new solutions of regenerative agriculture allowing to keep up with the stakes of tomorrow.
Norman and an agricultural engineer, Ludovic Cousin joined Maïsadour Semences in 2004. After expanding business in Eastern Europe, he led the Benelux subsidiary, followed by Southern Europe sales. In 2022, he joined the MAS Seeds® EXCOM.
Ludovic Cousin replaces Pierre Flye Sainte Marie, MAS Seeds®’s General Manager since 2021, following his retirement.
This new chapter is written with the women and men of MAS Seeds® , in trust, ambition and team spirit.
