200,000 bags in 2 years: that’s the goal MAS Seeds is setting for West Africa.
🎯 Business ambition:
Significantly accelerate our development in the region, with a growth trajectory over the next 2 to 3 years but to get there, the challenge isn’t only commercial, it’s also technical and industrial.
🔑 The 2 key steps of our development:
- 🌱 Strengthen our R&D foundation
Secure our current footprint, especially in Ivory Coast, and expand our trialing network for the coming seasons.
The goal: identify the right genetics for local conditions and prepare the next breeding steps. - ✅ Build stronger production and supply capabilities
Then, over the next 2 to 3 years, reinforce our production capacity to gain more supply flexibility, improve responsiveness, and better serve our distributors across the region.
Our belief:
Sustainable growth in West Africa means building as close as possible to the field and the markets, with local production and testing plots to accelerate progress and secure performance.
