We’re proud to announce that Maïsadour Group has taken a news step in its commitment to sustainability by earning the Exemplary CSR Label, awarded by AFNOR.

This top-level distinction, based on the international ISO 26000 standard, highlights the concrete actions implemented by MAS Seeds has taken to embed social and environmental responsibility throughout its operations. The label demonstrates that teams have successfully combined innovation, performance, and sustainability within our business model.
The label confirms the strength and consistency of our CSR commitment and reinforces our ambition for a more sustainable future. It also sends a strong message to all stakeholders about the credibility of our actions.

CSR is fully embedded in MAS Seeds’ strategy. Our active role in interprofessional networks, both nationally and internationally, along with our internal and external stakeholder mapping, ensures social and environmental issues are addressed across all levels of the company.

Our HR policy, structured around four key issues with performance indicators, and enhanced support for employees (especially in terms of digital inclusion) contributed positively to the assessment.
The focus on internal mobility, manager onboarding, initiatives promoting diversity and gender equality, as well as ongoing efforts to ensure a safe work environment through the deployment of HSE standards, highlights the importance we place on talent development and team well-being.

Our commitment to regenerative agriculture, focused on reducing greenhouse gas emissions and developing new seed varieties, along with optimizing energy consumption, has helped improve our environmental score. In addition, our environmental roadmaps and ISO 50001 certification demonstrate our ongoing commitment to continuously improving our environmental impact.
📍Local Engagement
Our local initiatives, along with the deployment of HR best practices, have strengthened our presence and impact across the countries where we operate. Our involvement in local territories, particularly through the support and integration of new seed producers, was especially recognized.
🌾Cooperative Values
MAS Seeds’ engagement in cooperative life was also highlighted. The structuring of seed producers’ organizations, the integration and support of new and existing producers, the fair management of acreage reductions, and the establishment of a compensation fund are all practices that strengthen solidarity, resilience, and trust within our cooperative model.
