Job Description

As part of a replacement, MAS Seeds® is looking for a Sales Representative (Pays de la Loire/Normandy) M/F

Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager and in close collaboration with the Marketing Manager of your area, you will be in charge of the following tasks:

  • Referencing and promoting our hybrids to a network of distributors and farmers,
  • Implementing the company’s commercial policy in your area of activity and developing sales,
  • Successfully carrying out the sales action plan,
  • Ensuring regular reporting of the market, sales, and business prospects.
Your profile
  • Minimum of 2 years of higher education
  • Knowledge of the seed industry and local distribution would be a plus
  • General knowledge level of the agricultural sector
  • Interpersonal skills
  • Curiosity, taste for challenge
  • Teamwork
  • Ability to manage failure, positive mindset
  • Proficiency in computer tools (Office 365)
  • Availability and mobility in one’s sector
  • Ability to make suggestions
